You are ALWAYS encouraged to contact us if you have questions about anything before ordering. ( This is especially true if you are not an active Instagram follower, as items change often in design, size, etc.)

I understand the NO RETURN policy is difficult when buying online which is why I provide the most amount of INFO here to help. We understand ordering custom can be difficult, especially when it comes to sizing & fabrics, so please feel free to contact us.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Hand wash in cold water, hang dry out of sun. Your swimsuit is made for most pools, lakes, and ocean. Hot tubs are not safe. We will NOT replace any bikini after use for any reason. You snag it on something,  or you bleach it etc. 

HOW DO I ORDER?

First, choose which styles you like best under the SWIMWEAR collection. Once you have decided your styles, click the page FABRIC. These are the fabric choices you have to choose from. You pick a front fabric (** The color or print you choose for your front will be what your straps are made of. Please keep that in mind when ordering because a return will not be granted for strap colors or prints.**) Next, pick your reverse color or print. Next, select pick a size. If you need help with sizing please see the SIZING page. If after viewing this you have further questions please feel free to contact me. After this you are all done and ready to purchase! 

BUYER NOTES

Do not under any circumstances leave questions in the buyer notes for me to answer. Questions about your order should be asked before ordering.This includes questions about sizing, recommendations for colors, changing styles, asking for extra coverage etc.If you leave questions they may never get answered unless you sent a follow up email after ordering, and your order will be made how it is originally ordered. If we reach need out to you because of this your order will be delayed past it's three week processing period. 

WHAT ARE YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS?

If you are looking for a fuller coverage bottom (fuller, not full coverage. All bottoms are a little cheeky, please see photos) I suggest the SUN KISSED, BOY SHORTS, HIGH TIDES, PUNALUU, BALI. These styles have more coverage than others. 

If you need help on fabric choices, my best advice is to always keep it simple. Either solid colors, or choose a solid color that matches a print. Sometimes people get so excited that they pick a bunch of colors and prints that don't match. Keep in mind that the color or print may show on its reverse side a tiny bit. I also don't recommend doing FOR EXAMPLE red front and black reverse. This is hard on the eyes. If you have further questions please contact me. 

 FABRIC SELECTIONS

I recommend to always pick prints and colors that flow. You are welcome to choose whatever you'd like, however if you do not like what you pick (which can happen with custom fabric orders) you will UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES be allowed to return or exchange it. This shop does a high volume amount of orders and can not take the time to contact every person who's suit does not match. Please note that not all fabrics are made of the same material and depending on your choices some may show through, as well as all items will show fabric at the seams from the other side, which is why it is recommended to choose matching colors/prints.

All Fabric is LIMITED STOCK! This means it could run out at any time. If you see an item on Instagram, that doesn't necessarily mean that it's available. 

***DISCLAIMER: Please make sure that you check the FABRICS page at the time of check out to confirm that the fabric you have in your cart is listed on the FABRICS page. Fabric selections are updated frequently as stock levels change. Fabric selections that are not listed on the FABRICS page at time of order can not be guaranteed. 

 PROCESSING TIME

Processing time is three weeks. This is from the time we receive the order until we finish it. After this time it goes into shipping mode.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time varies based off location and shipping class. (2-21business days) Shipping time starts as soon as your tracking number has been scanned in and updated online. Shipping times and processing times are separate. 

OTHER SHIPPING INFO

Please make sure you have the correct shipping address. If a label is created with an incorrect shipping address and you catch it before it goes out, then you will still be charged a new shipping label. Once your items have been shipped, we are not responsible for them being lost if you put a wrong address. We will not refund, if products aren't returned to us. We always hope that items get sent back and we will re-ship it once you have paid for additional shipping fees. In the rare case your item gets lost with the carrier with a correct address, please allow 30 days for your items to get to you. After such time if the items aren't located, we will send you another! PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOUR ITEM'S TRACKING NUMBER HAS NOT UPDATED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOU GETTING A NOTIFICATION. Keep in mind that if you item shows delivery and you haven't received it you need to contact your local post office. We can not replace stolen items that show delivery, but will replace items after 30 days if no delivery is indicated. 

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs, OR for paying your import tax. Your shipping times vary up to 21 days for USPS first class shipping. We don't mark items as "GIFTS" unless told in the BUYER NOTES. If you would like the items marked as "GIFTS" It is your responsibility to let us know that, we will under no circumstances compromise the integrity of our shop because of IMPORT TAX, CUSTOMS, VAT. 
Keep in mind that if your item shows delivery and you haven't received it, that you MUST CONTACT you local post office right away. Do not wait more than 2 business do so.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

There are NO RETURNS OR MONEY BACK once your order has been placed. Some items may be eligible for SIZE exchange please see our guidelines for this CLICK HERE

WHAT DOES MADE TO ORDER MEAN?

MADE TO ORDER means that all of your items are custom made for your choices. This is why your order takes longer to process and doesn't get shipped immediately. Large companies manufacture their products in large quantities producing tons of waste. Your items aren't started until you physically order them.

WHAT IF I'M CONFUSED ON SIZING?

Don't worry, please contact me if you have further questions on sizing after reading the information page on sizing. 

WHAT IF I NEED MY SUIT IN A HURRY?

I do RUSHED processing upon availability only. This is a flat rate $25 charge just to process it faster. It processes in 4 regular business days, and shipping times remain the same. Please contact me if you would like this service or help on deciding if this service would benefit you.  YOU MUST CONTACT ME BEFORE PURCHASING. 

WHAT IF I GET MY ITEMS AND THEY ARE DAMAGED?

We do our best to quality check all items before they are sent out. Please contact us RIGHT AWAY if we missed something! You will only have 5 business days after receiving your items to contact us about damages. After 5 business days your order becomes final sale.

WHAT IF I REALIZE I ORDERED THE WRONG THING?

Unfortunately all items are handmade, custom and final sale. Please check your cart before purchasing. If you caught your mistake within the 24 hour period please contact us right away. 

 CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?

You may make changes to your order in size, and fabric up to 24 hours after your order is placed. No style changes will be permitted after ordering If your order has passed the 24 hour mark your order is final unless you would like to pay a fee of $10-$25 depending on how far along your order is. 

CAN I ADD PADDING, OR HAVE YOU FULLY CUSTOMIZE A SUIT IVE              SEEN SOMEWHERE ELSE?

Unfortunately at this time we are not accepting any custom orders of this type, even for padding. 

I SEE YOU HAVE SIZES 0-14, ARE YOU ABLE TO MAKE ANY LARGER            SIZES?

Custom sizing is upon availability. If our shop is busy its likely we may not be able to meet these requests, but if we can take on your order, we absolutely will. 

WHAT IF I SEE A FABRIC or STYLE I WANT THAT IS NOT ON THE                      WEBSITE?

If you see a fabric that has been posted on Facebook or Instagram that is not listed on our available fabrics page, that means the item or fabric has sold out and is no longer available.

If it is a style you that is no longer listed in our Swimwear collection that you'd like, you can always contact us to see if we can still make it.

ELASTIC

Items are designed with or without elastic for a reason, so changing that for any reason is not recommended. However, some people like a suit without any elastic and you can put that in the Buyer Notes upon adding an item to your cart. If you choose to add/remove elastic and end up not liking the items, you are not able to make a exchange because the items have now become custom.
