EXCHANGE POLICY

There are no returns, exchanges outside of this policy, or money back. 

This policy does not apply to any ready to ship items. 

We finally have an exchange policy, please read this carefully. If you do not order how you are instructed here you forfeit your right to an exchange. 

1) You may only SIZE exchange one of your items. It doesn't matter if you buy 10 items, only one of those is eligible for a size exchange.

2) You may only choose one fabric for front and reverse for your item to be eligible for exchange. No custom items will be eligible for an exchange, they will remain final sale. Any alteration for example like asking for no elastic in items that are made with elastic become custom items and are not eligible for exchanges.

3)  You have four business days from the time of delivery to contact me for an exchange. Your items must be approved for exchange, and you must send a photo copy of your receipt via email.

4) Once you are approved you have five business days to get the items back to us.

We do not pay for return shipping, but we will pay for your shipping of your new item back to you. 

5) We strongly suggest paying for Priority Mail. If the items get lost in the mail, we are not responsible for them until we receive them back. This is why sending priority is best, there is an included insurance on your items. If you send them back first class shipping which is the cheapest and longest, you risk your items getting lost, and we will NOT refund or remake any items that get lost on the way back to us. Please use priority shipping, which you can claim $50 if your items are lost.

6) Your items must have an attached tag, Hygienic liner and be clean of ALL makeup stains, underwear stains, deodorant stains, and not be worn. Any items returned to us in this manor will be sent back and you will forfeit the right to a exchange. 

7) Your item is eligible for a size exchange only. This means you may not exchange the style, or fabric of the item only the size. There will be no special circumstances if you chose a wrong fabric or style. 

8) Once you are approved to ship back to us we will provide a confirmation # and address to send back the items.

9) Once we receive the items we have 10 business days to reprocess your order, this is subject to change based off flow of orders. 

10) We will send out a new tracking number via email once your item goes back out for shipment 

There are no exceptions to this policy, so please make sure to ready through this carefully. 

There are no refunds, returns, or cancellations, exchanges under any circumstance.
