HOW TO MAKE A SIZE EXCHANGE
1) SEE THE FABRIC PAGE FOR THE SUGGESTED PAIRINGS THAT WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE. No pairings outside of the suggested pairings will be allowed a size exchange. If you need help deciding on fabric contact the shop. I offer size exchanges only and style exchanges will be accepted on a case by case basis and only if a size exchange needs to be made first. Making custom requests such as no elastic, longer or shorter length, etc. will void any size exchange regardless of color combos because the item is no longer sellable to others.
2) You have 7 days to contact the shop to inquire & send back your item(s) for a size exchange. If you do not contact the shop within that time your order is final. No items will be remade for wrong fabric choices, style dislike, coverage dislike but please contact the shop if you have ANY issues with your order even, style, coverage, and dislike.
3) Contact the shop at customerservice@rewiredswim.com and provide your order number, date received, what size you need to exchange to, name you ordered under, and email. Please note that I do not cover return shipping for exchanges but I do cover shipping back to you of your new item.
4) Tags, & Hygienic liner must be intact.
5) Items must be clean and unworn. This means there are ZERO signs that it has even been put on once. There should be NO DEODORANT, MAKEUP, DIRT, EXCESS SKIN, UNDERWEAR STAINS, BLOOD or marks of any kind. I have a zero tolerance policy for sending back dirty items. These items will be sent back to you if they arrive dirty and exchange denied. Please ask the shop on how to clean your items before returning.
7) Customers are allowed one size exchange per order.
8) Sometimes small fees will occur when exchanging your items. In this case I will likely ask that you pay via Zelle due to the small amount. If you don't have Zelle you will use pay pal but have to pay a $5 inconvenience fee on top of the fee.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, & MONEY BACK
There are no returns, money back, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This includes all sales via Pay Pal, all Instagram sales, Venmo sales, or Zelle sales. Ready to ship items have a no return, no money back, no exchange policy if there is a discount. Ready to ship items also include items sold at events or fairs. In the rare case I give money back and it's on the customer I will charge a $20 restocking fee even if items were never sent to you. Some ready to ship items are made with dead stock fabric. If you need an exchange and the fabric is sold out, you will need to select from available fabrics. Delays may occur on orders.
