PROCESSING TIME

Processing time is 2-8 weeks. This is from the time I receive the order until I finish it. After this time it goes into shipping mode. 

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping times vary depending on location and shipping class paid for at check out. Please allow up to 72 hours for your items to be scanned in by the post office.

Domestic First Class USPS - 3-9 Business Days

Priority Shipping USPS- 2-4 Business Days Recommended 

Priority Express USPS- 1-2 Business Days ( I would contact the shop before using priority express)

INTERNATIONAL

International First Class USPS- 7-30 Business Days 

International Priority USPS- 7-14 Business Days 

DHL INTERNATIONAL- 2-9 Business Days

UPS INTERNATIONAL- 2-9 Business Days

LOST MAIL

I will not cover stolen or "delivered" mail. If your items get lost by the carrier please allow 30 days from the time it was originally scanned in or from the time it was shipped to be recovered. After this time it will be replaced by the shop. Please contact me if you have any issues with your items.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs, or for paying your import tax. 
I'm not responsible for delivered or stolen items. Please allow up to 60 days from original scan to be recovered if lost with carrier. Items lost via the carrier will be replaced. 
 
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

There are no returns, refunds, or cancelations once an order has been placed. Delays may occur and refunds will not be given for this.
